At Belleville Brûlerie, we strive for excellence in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only offer returns on non-food items or unopened brewing equipment within 14 days of purchase.

Secure Packaging
Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the transit back to our roastery.
Ship and Refund
Send the package to our designated return address; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
